Experienced Snow Plow Driver – $30/hr | Lansing, MI

As we prepare for the winter season, we’re looking for an experienced and dependable Snow Plow Driver to join our snow removal team. If you have professional plowing experience and take pride in doing the job right — we want to hear from you!

The Snow Plow Driver is responsible for operating trucks and heavy equipment to safely and efficiently remove snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, and roadways. This is a seasonal, on-call position that requires reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

You’ll be trusted to work independently and deliver consistent, high-quality results during snow events — ensuring our customers’ properties remain safe and accessible.

Operate snow plows, salt spreaders, and related equipment to clear snow and ice from commercial and residential properties

Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent refreezing and maintain safety

Inspect assigned areas for thorough completion and quality control

Respond promptly to snow events, often during early mornings, late nights, or weekends

Maintain and report equipment conditions and fill out simple job documentation

3+ years of professional snow plowing experience (required)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)

Reliable transportation to reach routes and job sites

Ability to work independently and handle equipment safely

Comfortable working long hours outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor when needed

Earn $30/hour for your skill and reliability.

Steady Winter Work:
Consistent calls during snow events.

Return Seasonal Opportunities:

$30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Weekly pay with opportunities for overtime during heavy snowfall.
