Immediate opening for a Dedicated SOLO Class B CDL Truck Driver and want the right Trucker to join us at Ryder in Lansing, MI!

We offer transparent pay and routes with upfront details.

• Weekly pay: $948.00 or more
• Hourly Pay: $22.71 per hour
• Shift Pay: $1.00 per hour
• Hours per week: 40 - 50 hours
• Paid Training
• Schedule:
  
  Sunday – Thursday;
  Some Fridays
• Start Time: 10:00 PM

• Deliver SOLO to a 15 mile radius
• Route:
  Local home daily
• Tractor Type:
  Straight Truck
• Trailer Type: 26 ft
• Freight:
  Mix of Touch & No Touch – Auto Parts
• Trucks are 36 months or newer; 24/7 Roadside Maintenance; company drivers fuel up at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by customer
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 3 options for experience: 9 months in the last 3 years OR 2 years in the last 5 years OR 5 years in the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
