Chief Financial Officer

A great UHY client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong manufacturing background, previous CFO-level leadership, and a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, weekly reporting, general ledger operations, and overall financial management.

The Chief Financial Officer is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position.

• Develop financial plans and analyze performance to support company objectives and business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports and maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Monitor production costs, identify savings opportunities, and partner with operations to improve efficiency.
• Assess potential investments and oversee capital budgets to support business priorities.
• Identify financial risks and implement strategies to address them.
• Maintain internal controls and review processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align financial plans with organizational goals and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Previous experience as a CFO in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledgeable about financial regulations and accounting best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
