• Current RN license in good standing in Michigan
• Previous home health experience is preferred
• Ability to demonstrate strong assessment and analytical skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Current CPR certification and TB test
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the service area
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
