Manager Human Resources – McLaren Health Care

Position Summary
The HR Manager originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and development of a superior workforce. The HR Manager is actively involved in the development of project achievement of the organization’s business goals, coordinates the implementation of HR services, policies, and programs, and advises subsidiary leadership on Human Resource issues.

Participation in planning and administering employee commitment activities and facilitation of programs designed to advance employee commitment are critical. nữa.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manages a team of Human Resource professionals that are committed to providing cost‑effective, high‑quality delivery of Human Resources services.
  • Ensures subsidiary leadership is educated on human resources policies and procedures, contractual and legal requirements.
  • Assists in the negotiation and administration of union contracts.
  • Is responsible for day‑to‑day operations of the department in conjunction with the Vice President or Director of Human Resources.
  • Originates and leads HR practices that foster a high‑performance workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of progressively responsible experience in employment, labor relations, HRIS, benefits, and/or compensation.
  • Proficient in wage and salary administration, benefits programs, and labor contract administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in-present or related field.
  • Supervisory experience, preferably in the health care industry.
  • SPHR or PHR certification.
