Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift at Delta Faucet Company

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for the third shift operations in the United States.

• Respond to machine downtime notifications to support production operations.
• Load and troubleshoot PLC Ladder Logic – Allen Bradley, Siemens and Device Net.
• Build electrical panels, install power drops, wire motors.
• Debug and repair location sensors and light curtains.
• Install and service electronic equipment.
• Program Fanuc robots.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete work orders as assigned to support operations, engineering & facility needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Multi-discipline skills with Robotics, Machine Repair and Electrical systems.
• Prior experience with extrusion equipment.
• Prior experience with vacuum form equipment.
• Associate’s degree in Mechatronics, Automation & Robotics Systems, or Electrical Systems or similar professional certification from trade school.

• Work independently, make decisions, communicate and collaborate with others.
• Work with a high degree of accuracy and with attention to detail.
• Must have exceptional hand‑eye coordination and depth perception.
• Lift, bend and reach, including below waist level and above shoulder level.
• Lift, push and pull weights of up to 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Use hands to manipulate parts and tools.
• Use vision to look for defects, read labels and work instructions.
