Pay: $17/hour

Location: Lapeer, Michigan

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Carefully remove dried cannabis flowers from stalks in dry rooms (buck).
• Refine machine‑trimmed product to meet quality standards for sale (trim).
• Maintain a minimum trimming rate of 7 pounds per 8‑hour shift.
• Ensure trimmed product meets visual and structural standards (quality control).
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day (sanitation).
• Collaborate with fellow trimmers and supervisors to meet daily goals (teamwork).

• Must pass a background check in accordance with Michigan cannabis regulations.
• Able to work in cold, hot, and humid environments for extended periods.
• Must bring and store non‑slip work shoes on‑site.
• Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and reliability are a must.
