This high precision, high volume machining company is looking for experienced Tornos Machine Operators to join their team. The facility is an automotive parts manufacturing facility. 1st and 2nd Shift available. Pay is based on experience, $16-$18 per hour. 1st Shift 5:30AM - 4:00PM and Second Shift 4:30PM- 3:00AM. All candidates must be willing to work mandatory overtime on the weekends.
Job Responsibilities Requirements- Set up and operate a machine in order to make metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion.
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces using precision instruments.
- Mount, align and secure work pieces on machines using hand tools.
- Maintain highest level of quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
