As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll serve as the face of American Mattress in one of our local showrooms. You’ll work one‑on‑one with customers to help them find the perfect sleep solution, while earning competitive pay through base compensation, commission, and performance bonuses. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a supportive environment.

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service with a personal touch.

• Maintain a clean, organized showroom that reflects our brand standards.
• Handle basic operational tasks including inventory, point‑of‑sale, and opening/closing duties.
• Stay up to date on promotions, new products, and customer needs.
