We're looking for a friendly and reliable Service Porter / Shuttle Driver to join our growing service department.

You'll be the first and last point of contact for many of our service customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring they feel welcomed and well-cared for. If you have a clean driving record, a positive attitude, and enjoy interacting with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to a fantastic team and help keep our customers happy and on the road!

• Greet customers politely and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Move vehicles safely around the lot, service lanes, and parking areas
• Drive the customer shuttle to pick up and drop off customers as needed
• Keep the service drive, waiting area, and parking lots clean and organized
• Wash and vacuum vehicles when requested by advisors or management
• Install disposable floor mats, seat covers, and steering wheel covers as needed
• Help maintain keys and vehicle flow so technicians can start work quickly
• Assist service advisors and managers with misc. tasks and errands
• Follow all dealership safety policies and traffic rules on and off the lot

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs)
• Professional, friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand, walk, and be outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to help wherever needed
