Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
- Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets
- Immediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found items
- Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist with laundry if needed
- Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and team members
- Responsible for knowing hotel brand standards for guest room preparation.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Reliable transportation required
- Bilingual preferred but not required
