• Operate cashier duties: operate cash register, receive payments, record sales.
• Production/Backroom: sort and hang garments, price merchandise, transfer items to sales floor, keep workstation clean.
• Sales Floor: restock floor racks, remove empty hangers, assist customers, report suspicious activity.
• Housekeeping: dispose trash, maintain cleanliness, vacuum, mop, dust, clean bathrooms.
• Customer Service: greet donors, issue receipts, assist customers.
• General: follow policies and safety procedures, attend scheduled shifts.

• Interact cordially and productively with diverse people.
• Explain Goodwill mission to public.
• Establish effective working relationships, motivate staff.
• Read, write, communicate clearly in English.
• Work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently, 50 lbs occasionally.
• Use repetitive hand movement, prolonged standing, walking.
• Vision within normal limits.
• Function in hectic work environment.

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• Prior experience in service industry (preferred).
• Successfully complete Retail training.

• Physical exertion, exposure to donated goods and materials.
• Alternate work schedule may include attended donation station with no prior notice.
