- Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed
- Ability to operate a personal computer
- Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking
- Required to stand for long periods of time to provide the best customer service
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions to completion
