CDL A Graduates - Training

We are hiring CDL A Drivers (including trainees)
JOB DETAILS

• Weekly average pay $1200-$1500
• Home every other week for 48 hours
• Pay is based on experience and goes from 0.55-0.65 cpm
• Weekly pay-direct deposit
• Dry van freight
• 40% live load, 60% drop n hook
• All freight is no touch - when unload is required lumpers are paid for
• Regional lane in South East not going any further north than OH-IN
• Drivers average  miles per week
• Dog or rider from Day one
• Dog must weigh less than 30

• Paid orientation +travel/hotel
• Monthly bonus potential up to $0.8 cpm (fuel, safety, performance)

• Benefits kicks after 30 days and include Medical, dental, 401K and PTO
• Detention pay
• Layover paid
• Extra stop paid
• Rider Policy: available from day one.
• Pet Policy: 1 dog only, must weigh less than 30 lbs.
• 24-hour Dispatch

• No slip seating
• Drivers can go home with truck
• Freightliner KW T680, International, automatic 2020 and up
• All trucks equipped with APUs.

• Trainees must have Class A CDL
• Minimum 120hr from an accredited truck driving school
• Paid Training and orientation
• Training type Regional & OTR
• Training in duration 4-6 weeks
• Home every other week 34-48 hours
• During training drivers are paid $650 WK
• Dog & Rider allowed after training is completed

• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training
• NO DUI/DWI Felonies, misdemeanours in the last 10 years
• Candidates must be able to pass URINE and HAIR FOLLICLE pre-employment drug screen
