Qualifications:

• Recent (2-4 years) internal medicine experience preferred
• Current, valid Wyoming medical license in good standing with the Board of Medicine
• Current, valid Wyoming Controlled Substance Registration in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy
• Current, valid DEA Registration in good standing
• Must obtain and maintain Active Medical Staff membership at Ivinson Memorial Hospital
