Overview
Job Type: Bi-vocational, Lead/Head/Senior Pastor
An expository teacher of the Word of God whose messages include grace-oriented encouragement and application to the lives of those who hear them. A leader who has a compassionate heart for people. One who is willing and able to inspire people to a close walk with Christ while helping them grow in their faith.
Responsibilities- Preach/teach for Sunday services
- Guide and disciple church leaders, teams, administration, and members
- Administer ordinances of baptism and communion
- Advise and serve on the Elder Board
- Expository teaching ability with grace-oriented messages
- Compassionate leadership with a heart for people
- Experience in pastoral leadership and ministry oversight
