This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our Laramie, WY team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting water, wastewater, and groundwater and well projects while working alongside experienced professionals and continuing to build your technical skills.

• Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, draft, and evaluate engineering deliverables related to water, wastewater, and groundwater and well projects.
• Collect and analyze information, including performing site visits and other field work
• Support design and drafting efforts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Micro Station
• Perform tasks in accordance with approved scopes, schedules, and budgets

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• AutoCAD or Micro Station drafting experience
• EIT Certification or awaiting FE exam results
• Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for learning
