• Read customer meters in urban and rural areas, using local addressing systems.
• Locate service sites efficiently and accurately.
• Contact delinquent accounts to negotiate full or partial payment, and accept and record such payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to walk 5+ miles per day in all weather conditions and pass a validated clerical test.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to safely operate a vehicle under hazardous conditions.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices on remote, rural, and urban roads.

• Prior customer service experience.
