In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel (Litigation)
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets.
Primary focus:
- Manage complex litigation and counsel on potential risk areas such as regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more.
- Handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
- Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
