Senior In-House Attorney – Epic
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets.
- Negotiate multi-million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide.
- Own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and evolving legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation.
- Increase responsibility rapidly as you expand your knowledge and contribute to our rapidly changing industry.
Qualifications:
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
- Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination.
