The Apparel Production Associate will complete a variety of tasks in the Range Leather Apparel Department, which includes the production of leather patch hats, beanies, and other leather promotional products. The goal for all Apparel Production Associates is to assist the Production Coordinators and Director of Production with various tasks including, leather hide processing, heat stamping, patch application and finishing hats.
Associates will complete all aspects of training in a timely manner to achieve department goals and integrate within the Apparel Production Team.
• Learn and maintain Range Leather’s standard of quality for selecting leather for stamping.
• Properly adjust settings on stamping machines to achieve desired stamping darkness.
• Strive to increase production efficiency to meet production goals.
• Properly operate, clean, and maintain (when necessary) production machines.
• Demonstrate compliance with Range Leather policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain an orderly and clean workspace and assist team with daily cleaning tasks.
• Additional duties as needed
Job Type:
• Part-time or Full-time
Pay:
• $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
