Overview
Join the McAlister's team. With the recent restaurant changes in Laramie, this position won’t be open long. Flexible schedules, part-time and full-time, with training provided.
Compensation
Starting hourly: $12.50/hr + TIP POOL. Pooled tips averaged over the four weeks ending May 11, 2025: $4.32/hr, which can bring total earnings to approximately $16.59/hr note: tip earnings are not guaranteed, but the opportunity exists.
Potential earnings
Potential annual earnings for full-time (40 hours/week): $26,000 – $34,993. This is an estimate and may vary.
Schedules and responsibilities
Flexible day and night shifts are available; both full-time and part-time positions. Responsibilities include being passionate about customers, showing up reliably, and contributing to a team.
