We seek a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate smoothly. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our extensive campus. Your expertise will help minimize downtime and support our culinary operations.
Key Responsibilities- Refrigeration:
Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines - Cooking Equipment:
Ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets - Ventilation & HVAC:
Exhaust hoods, rooftop units, make-up air systems - Dishwashing & Sanitation:
High-capacity dishwashers, sanitation systems

Qualifications include:
- CFC Universal Certification
- EPA 608 certification
- Legal work status in the US
- Willingness to relocate
- COVID-19 vaccination
- At least 3 years experience in:
- Commercial kitchen equipment repair
- Refrigeration systems
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Gas systems
