C# Developer

Launch Pad Corp needs a hands-on C# Developer who can architect, code, and deploy without losing sight of quality. The technology charter, the $66,000 - $102,000, the 5-year ask — all of it points to a Launch Pad Corp role built for owners, not order-takers.

• Wire Accountability APIs to Presentation Skills consumers so data lands where Laramie teams expect it
• Own the make-it-better edge cases in Launch Pad Corp's Kotlin billing nobody else wants to touch
• Write the Accountability integration tests that catch regressions before Laramie, WY ships them
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Map data flow across Launch Pad Corp's Microsoft Azure services and spot the leaks
• Translate team-oriented business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
• Own a technology service end to end, from Presentation Skills schema to on-call rotation

• The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own
• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• Curiosity and a continuous drive to sharpen your technology craft
• Demonstrated ability to teach what you know to someone greener
• Willingness to commute to Laramie, WY or work flexibly as needed
• 4+ years of Kotlin reps, not just Kotlin exposure

You can trace a lot of WY's technology momentum back to a fast-growing little team called Launch Pad Corp in Laramie. Our WY team treats transparency as a feature, sharing the messy middle, not just the wins.

From the $66,000 - $102,000 starting line, expect coaching that grows your Kotlin and benefits that quietly cover the rest of life.
