• Integrate complex vehicle systems within the Systems Engineering Design Team
• Drive requirements management activities
• Support development of innovative electric vehicle technologies
• Apply systems engineering, requirements analysis and model-based engineering techniques
• Use emerging AI-enabled tools to support design and validation of future vehicle platforms
• Collaborate with suppliers, engineering specialists and key stakeholders
• Ensure technical requirements are defined, managed and successfully delivered throughout the product development lifecycle

• Experienced systems engineer with a strong technical background
• Experience applying Systems Engineering principles in a product development environment
• Comfortable working across mechanical, electrical and software disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working within the automotive, commercial vehicle or wider transportation sector
• Knowledge of electric vehicle powertrain systems and associated technologies
• Experience using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies
• Experience with requirements management platforms and systems engineering frameworks
• Experience developing or implementing AI-enabled solutions to enhance engineering processes
• Formal Systems Engineering qualifications or professional accreditation

Demonstrates expertise in Systems Engineering principles, requirements management, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) within the electric vehicle sector. Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and apply innovative AI-enabled solutions to enhance engineering processes.
