Support Associate
Location: Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom
Hours: Part time; relief hours available.
Pay: £12.60 per hour.
A driver with a clean licence is highly advantageous.

Real Life Options is a national social care provider, and we’re looking for someone like you to join our team. We will support you on your career path to learn, develop, and grow.
You’ll become part of a dedicated team of experienced support workers, assisting individuals in their own homes. On a typical day, you’ll help promote independence and support people to meet their chosen goals. This includes help with daily living skills such as personal care, medication administration, cooking, and household tasks.
The individuals we support enjoy a variety of meaningful activities each day, and you’ll play a key role in encouraging and enabling them to achieve their life goals in a safe and happy environment. You’ll work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
What you’ll do- Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks.
- Encourage social interaction with friends, family, and community events and promote independence.
- Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided.
- Communicate effectively with the team and family members.
- Work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Friendly, caring, and compassionate.
- Organised, responsible, and reliable.
- Excellent communicators in spoken and written English.
- Committed to delivering high standards of care.
- Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends.
This role is considered regulated work with vulnerable adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. A PVG check will be required for successful applicants.
Due to the locations of coverage a driver would be preferred for this role.
