IT Project Manager

• Deliver technology change across the organisation
• Manage a portfolio of projects supporting Engineering, Operations, Business Systems, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Customer Solutions
• Drive projects from initiation through implementation
• Ensure delivery is controlled, well-governed, and aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Deliver meaningful change that improves efficiency, enhances capabilities, and supports Alexander Dennis' long-term strategic goals

• Proven track record of successfully delivering business and technology change programmes within complex organisations
• Strong planning, governance, and risk management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
• Proactive approach
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to drive projects through to successful completion
• Experience with in manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise IT environments is a bonus
• Knowledge of Engineering Systems, ERP platforms, or other business-critical applications is a bonus
• Experience with PRINCE2, Agile, APM, or similar project delivery methodologies is a bonus
• Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, process improvement, or AI-enabled change initiatives is a bonus
• Recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent is a bonus

Demonstrates expertise in delivering technology change and managing a portfolio of projects across Engineering, Operations, and Cyber Security. Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project delivery aligns with business objectives.
