Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry duties to maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and special projects as needed
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
- 1+ years of experience in a similar accounting role with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Understanding of cash flow concepts and principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Experience with Net Suite preferred but not required
