Reports To:
Business Controller Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base + bonus + benefits
Your impact
Lead month-end close for manufacturing activities and ensure timely, accurate results.
Analyze product costing, inventory balances, and production variances across plants.
Maintain standard costing models; manage annual updates and cost rolls.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses for leadership.
Reconcile inventory accounts and coordinate/participate in physical counts.
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to surface and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Safeguard policy compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Advance continuous improvement and support ERP optimization (SAP S/4
HANA preferred).What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA preferred (or in progress).5+ years in manufacturing accounting or finance.
Expertise in inventory accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
ERP proficiency (ideally SAP S/4
HANA); advanced Excel and analytical rigor.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
