Bilingual Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator (Real Estate)
Your Real Estate Solutions, operating in Dallas–Fort Worth, is hiring a Bilingual Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator. This is a remote executive assistant role supporting the owner of an active real estate investment company that buys, renovates, and resells single-family homes throughout the DFW metroplex.
This is one of the most pivotal roles in the business. You will serve as the owner's right hand, working directly with him day to day, and you will own the CRM in its entirety: following up across every stage of the pipeline, setting appointments, and keeping every contact and deal moving so the business hits its goals.
Alongside executive support and the CRM, you will manage Spanish-speaking contractors and vendors on active renovation projects, source and onboard new subcontractors, handle communication with Spanish-speaking sellers, and keep the owner's calendar, inbox, and priorities organized.
This is a dynamic role on a small team that is building its foundation. We are looking for someone comfortable on the phones, who enjoys bringing structure to systems and processes, and wants to make a real impact working hands‑on, directly with the owner. The role will grow as the business does.
This position is suited to an experienced bilingual remote operations professional with prior executive assistant, virtual assistant, or coordinator experience supporting a US‑based real estate investor, property manager, or small construction company. Prior experience with platforms such as Follow Up Boss, Batch Dialer, or REI Reply is strongly preferred.
This is a performance‑based role: the more impact you make on the company, the more you are rewarded. Compensation is a base salary of $21,000 to $27,000 USD per year plus upside performance bonuses.
This position is remote in Mexico.

Compensation is a base salary of $21,000 to $27,000 USD per year plus upside performance bonuses.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily communication with active contractors and vendors in both English and Spanish via Whats App, telephone, and email. Translate scope changes, change orders, payment status updates, and inspection schedules between field personnel and ownership.
Source new subcontractors through referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach. Conduct intake calls, verify references, and collect required documentation, including W-9 forms, certificates of insurance, and trade licenses.
Respond to inbound Spanish‑language seller inquiries within five minutes during business hours. Qualify motivation, timeline, equity position, and property condition. Schedule appointments and deliver pre‑appointment confirmations.
Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold Spanish‑language lead lists. Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Follow Up Boss throughout the qualifying process. Own follow‑up across the entire CRM, not just seller leads: work every stage of the pipeline by phone, set appointments, and keep all contacts and deals moving so the business hits its goals.
Serve as the owner's executive assistant: manage his calendar and inbox, prepare documents from templates, track expenses, and follow up on open tasks so nothing falls through the cracks.
Maintain the master contractor database in Google Sheets. Submit a weekly operations report each Friday by 5:00 PM Central Time covering contractor status, sub onboarding pipeline, lead activity, and administrative items.
Help set the foundation for how the business runs: build structure, document standard operating procedures, and keep systems organized as the role evolves. Flag inefficiencies and propose process improvements on a quarterly basis.
