- Clerical## Description Job duties include but are not limited to:
* Processes labor, material, and equipment charges in SAP system.
* Ensures compliance of SAP work processes, procedures, and standards.
* Assists with contractor invoicing; including compiling invoice back-up documentation, cost allocation in SAP and invoice reconciliation.
* Performs various maintenance administrative functions as necessary.
* Communicates effectively and consistently with all levels of the organization and internal and external contractors.
* Assists customers in relation to SAP, cost and invoicing.
* Ensures SAP policies and procedures are followed.
* Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
* Sets-up and coordinates meetings and conferences
* Daily TRACK inputs for company employees on site## Qualifications
* Strong administrative and organizational skills, experience in a petrochemical environment preferred
* SAP proficiency
* MS Office Suite proficiency
* TRACK experience preferred
* TWIC Card required
