Oversee and coordinate third-party logistics (3PL) providers in the U.S. to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company standards;
Conduct regular audits, inventory reconciliations, and performance reviews of third-party providers;
Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers to optimize service levels and cost-effectiveness.

2.Preparation for Self-Operated Warehousing

Leverage existing warehouse setup and management experience to plan and prepare for future self-operated warehouse operations in the U.S.;
As the business grows, develop processes, systems, and infrastructure to support scalable warehousing solutions.

3.Financial and Transaction Oversight

Collaborate with the finance team to manage transaction processes, including monthly reconciliations, variance analysis, and resolution of discrepancies;
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with budget constraints.

4.Global Coordination

Coordinate with overseas warehouses globally to standardize processes and improve cross-regional collaboration;
Serve as the liaison among the local team, vendors, and headquarters to ensure alignment of operational objectives.

5.System and Process Optimization

Utilize ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline inventory management, order fulfillment, and reporting;
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to coordinate global affairs;
2+ years of warehouse management experience; experience in FMCG or e-commerce is preferred; experience managing 3PL providers; experience with self-operated warehouse operations is a plus;
Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiar with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle);
