Customer Service Representative (Northbound)
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Northbound Operations team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Title:Customer Service Representative (Northbound)
Location:Mines Road
Pay Range:$14.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks.
- Maintain communication with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and transportation movements.
- Monitor orders, documentation, and operational records.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Stable full-time schedule with weekends off.
