** Customer Service Representative
** to join their Northbound Operations team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting daily logistics operations, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams.

* $14.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience

* Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely execution of scheduled tasks.

+ Maintain communication with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments.

+ Schedule deliveries, pickups, and transportation movements.

+ Monitor orders, documentation, and operational records.

+ Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bilingual (English/Spanish)

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

+ Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.

+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
