** Customer Service Representative (CSR) Clerk*
* Our client, a leading logistics and transportation company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Clerk to join their team. As a CSR Clerk, you will be part of the Operations Department, supporting the Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $16.00/hour

** Shift:
** 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Rotating Schedule (3 days on / 3 days off). Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules with no set weekly schedule.

** What's the Job?*
* + Coordinate daily shipments and transportation activities.

+ Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding shipment status, delivery updates, and order inquiries.

+ Provide accurate tracking information and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.

+ Maintain and update shipment records, customer files, and operational reports.

+ Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous experience as a CSR Clerk, Logistics Clerk, Customer Service Representative, or related role.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+

Experience with data entry, record maintenance, and handling high-volume emails.

+ Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
