We’re hiring Customer Support Specialists to be the friendly first point of contact for our clients’ customers. If you enjoy solving problems and helping people, this role is for you.
What you’ll do- Answer customer questions by phone, email and live chat
- Resolve order, billing and account issues quickly and accurately
- Log every interaction in the client’s helpdesk or CRM
- Escalate complex cases to the right team with clear notes
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and services
- 1+ year in customer service, call center or retail
- Clear, friendly communication in writing and by phone
- Comfortable with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Hub Spot or similar
- Able to type at least 40 words per minute
- Quiet workspace, headset and reliable internet
Flexible part-time shifts of 20–30 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
