Taxa Outdoors is seeking a Sales/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This person will be the first point of interaction with our company for customers who need assistance with service issues.
Job Description:
- Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication from dealers and retail customers with regard to warranty / technical issues
- Support sales and production teams to provide the best customer service experience
• Resolve customer concerns and act as a liaison between the selling dealer and manufacturer warranty - Coordinate with technical group with timeframe regarding repairs and issues being experienced by dealers and customers
- Coordinate with parts department to help expedite items to dealers and customers with elevated warranty status
- Constant contact with vendors
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Good phone etiquette
- Ability to problem solve
- 2 years Customer Service and/or RV repair and troubleshooting experience
