Local Team Collaboration

• Join our close-knit team of 4 physicians and 16 CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center.
• Work alongside our diverse, cohesive team driven by a shared mission to support one another genuinely.
• Runs seven points of service per day in addition to two OB suites.

Qualifications

• Board certified/eligible in anesthesia.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• New residents are welcome to apply.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Flexible Scheduling

• Work a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation, providing a balanced schedule for professional and personal commitments.
• Physicians will sit their own cases, ensuring continuity and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage level III trauma patients, OB/GYN, minor vascular, neuro, orthopedic, and general.

Rewards And Benefits

• 1099 Compensation:
  Annual salary $550k
• Commencement bonus is negotiable.
• Additional compensation is offered annually for any weeks worked over and beyond 26 weeks.
