Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to emergency medical situations and provide immediate care to patients.
- Perform thorough assessments of patients' conditions and establish accurate diagnoses.
- Administer appropriate treatments and medications following established protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document all medical interventions, observations, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members to ensure clear understanding of treatment plans.
- Adhere to all medical protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards in emergency medical practice.
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
- Proven experience working in emergency departments or urgent care settings.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make quick, accurate decisions in high‑stress situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.

Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 6a-6p or 6p-6a
No call shifts required
Trauma Level III
Annual Volume: 48,000 patients
Daily Volume: 131 patients
Backup Specialties:
Internal medicine, pediatrics, cardiology, GI, OB, neurology, neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, surgery, cath lab
Support Staff: APPs
