• Provide 24-hour physician coverage in a Level III Trauma Center ED with 12-hour shifts.
• Manage an average daily volume of 67 patients in a 13-bed ED.
• Supervise and collaborate with APPs providing 20 hours of coverage per day.
• Perform emergency procedures including trauma resuscitation, intubation, and other critical care interventions.
• Coordinate transfers for complex pediatric cases to higher-level facilities such as Corpus Christi or San Antonio.
