Texas A&M International University (TAMIU), a member of the Texas A&M University System, welcomes applicants for a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing to begin Spring 2026.

TAMIU is a Hispanic Serving Institution with over 8,000 students located in Laredo, Texas, a vibrant and bicultural city with a population of about 250,000. This is a full-time, non-tenure track, 9-month academic faculty appointment. Primary duties will include teaching specialty didactic and clinical courses in PMHNP; supervising and assessing student clinical competencies and theoretical knowledge while supporting comprehensive learning experiences; evaluating students' progress in course work and clinical experience; planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum, as appropriate; completing all administrative aspects of courses taught;

advising/mentoring the next generation of PMHNP's; serving on and participating in college and university committees; and providing service to the community and profession.

• Teaching specialty didactic and clinical courses in PMHNP.
