SpaceX is seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Manager to lead the power generation assets at Starbase, TX. You will own gas turbine and generator reliability, implement maintenance programs, and drive operating performance in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
This role requires field leadership, strong problem solving, and the ability to coordinate with OEMs and engineering teams to ensure uptime for critical compute operations and Starbase power systems.
