Put your E&I commissioning expertise to work bringing a major West Texas data center online.
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager (E&I) to lead commissioning, energization, startup, and final turnover of complex industrial facilities in West Texas.
This is a hands-on field leadership role, not an administrative commissioning position.
What You’ll Lead:
• MV/LV electrical distribution, switch gear, MCCs, transformers, generators, UPS/battery systems, and protective relays
• DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS/ESD, fire-and-gas, and instrumentation/control systems
• Energization, switching plans, LOTO, loop checks, I/O checkout, and functional testing
• Coordination across construction, engineering, safety, operations, vendors, and clients
• Turnover documentation, punch-list closure, scheduling, and progress reporting
What We Need:
• 12+ years in industrial electrical, instrumentation, controls, commissioning, or startup
• 5+ years leading E&I commissioning teams on major industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, or power-generation projects
• Strong MV/LV and DCS/PLC/SIS/ESD knowledge
• Proven experience taking systems from mechanical completion through energization, startup, and turnover
• Strong understanding of LOTO, electrical switching, energized work, and commissioning safety
West Texas/Permian Basin, brownfield, shutdown, and tie-in experience is highly preferred.
If you’re a field-tested E&I leader who knows when a system is truly ready to energize—and when it isn’t—we want to talk to you. Apply or send your resume to
