• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiation regulations.
• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on radiation equipment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies in radiation therapy.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

• Valid certification as a Radiation Therapist from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and radiation regulations compliance.
• Proven experience in administering radiation therapy treatments to diverse patient populations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training programs.
• Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to explain treatment processes to patients.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
• Ability to conduct quality assurance checks on radiation therapy equipment.
