We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a leading acute care facility in Laredo, Texas. This opportunity is ideal for clinicians who thrive in an inpatient hospital setting and are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

• Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday with rotating weekends
• Hours:
  
  72 biweekly (no 48‑hour guarantee)
• Start Date:

• No On‑Call or Block Scheduling
• Facility Size: 326‑bed licensed acute care hospital
• Patient Ratio: 7:1
• Scrubs:
  Any color

• Licensed or eligible for OT license in Texas
• BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
• New graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of staff OT experience preferred
• Experience with the PPS (Prospective Payment System) preferred

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient clinical setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of the department director
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and facility standards of care
• Accurately document all patient evaluations, progress, and discharge summaries
