Location:
This position is for the Laredo area to complete assessments in members homes as well as completing documentation as per State and Company guidelines to ensure compliance.
SHIFT: M-F, 8-5 with possibility of OT when warranted
Duration: 6 months with possibility to extend or convert to perm.
Job Description: M-F visits 3 days out of the week, with OT possible with manager approval, documentation days 2 days out of week, traveling to members homes to complete assessments/documentation
Face to Face assessments completed 3 days out of the week with 2 documentation days, completing tasks, submitting all forms/assessments within turnaround times, completing outreaches.
Must haves:
Pediatric experience
Nice to haves:
Home Health
