Houseman must clean common areas of the hotel including the front entrance, lobby, public restrooms, elevators, pool, guest hallways, fitness center, employee break room and bathroom and all meeting rooms. Houseman should demonstrate good customer service skills and complete tasks in a timely manner. Houseman may be required to lift heavy items (sometimes up stairs); interact with guest in a professional/helpful manner;
operate vacuums and use different types of cleaning solutions.
