A company is looking for a Senior Claim Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex claims in specialty areas
- Manage the full life cycle of assigned claims files and conduct thorough investigations
- Negotiate settlements and interact with various parties involved in the claims process
- High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required
- Prior experience in specialty claims area or ability to handle unique claims issues
- Must be appropriately licensed or able to obtain necessary licenses / certifications
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
