Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team.

* Position Overview
* We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with at least two years of personal injury
litigation experience to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through trial. The
ideal candidate should have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocating for injured clients,
the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with our team, and not be afraid of
taking cases to trial.

* Responsibilities
* * Manage a caseload of personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

* Draft pleadings, exchange written discovery, conduct depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial advocacy.

* Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.

* Communicate with the clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.

* Ensure cases move efficiently and effectively through the litigation process while achieving optimal results.

* Qualifications
* * Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).

* Some personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).

* Bilingual (English and Spanish) (required).

* Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure as well as applicable statutes and laws.

* Trial experience and motivation to try cases.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Effective caseload management.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. xrlwcon

* Must be able to meet once a week in the Dallas office with the attorneys.
