• 5 years of experience as a single-unit operator in the food and beverage industry
• 1 year of experience as a multi-unit operator in the food and beverage industry is preferred
• Strong PC skills
• Ability to travel within your defined district
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Solid talent and performance-management skills
